mybetrecord (“we”, “us”) operates the mybetrecord.com web application. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, password hash, timezone, and preferences (bankroll, currency, odds format).
- Betting records: bets you enter — events, stakes, odds, outcomes, notes, and related metadata.
- Usage data: login timestamps, API key usage, and administrative audit events for security.
- Cookies: locale preference cookie on the app; session tokens stored in your browser local storage.
How we use data
We use your data to provide the ledger, generate reports, authenticate API requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed; API keys are stored in a form that cannot be retrieved after creation.
Your choices
You may update settings, revoke API keys, or delete individual bets at any time. To delete your account, contact us — we will remove your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
Third parties
Payment processing (when enabled) is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. We do not share betting data with bookmakers.
